During the past week, our researchers Rui Santos, Fátima Abrantes and Francisco Leitão attended the National Meeting on Climate Change Research. In this event, Rui Santos and Fátima Abrantes were speakers in the session "The Oceans and Climate Change" and the researcher Francisco Leitão presented a seminar about the vulnerability of fisheries to climate change.

Discussing the research that is being developed on climate change in Portugal, bringing together several researchers, economic agents, policy makers and stakeholders was the aim of this event.

The program had eight thematic sessions and a poster presentation session and was organized by the Instituto Dom Luiz and the Câmara Municipal of Lisbon.
