CCMAR researcher participates in Webinar on ZebraFish as Experimental Model for Research
Our researcher Paulo Gavaia was invited to participate in the Impact Webinar 2021, a series of lectures on Zebrafish as an Experimental Model for Research, which takes place online from 8 to 16th July.
On July 15th, the CCMAR researcher will present an oral presentation entitled: “Using zebrafish as a tool in bioprospection for osteogenic molecules”. The researcher from the Comparative, Adaptive and Functional Skeletal Biology group, has been working with zebrafish for a few years in studies related to bone formation and regeneration.
The webinar will be free, broadcast live on Youtube and has the presence of researchers of several nationalities who will present updates and advances on different experimental fields using zebrafish as an experimental model. This event was organised by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Paulista State University and São Paulo University.
