Topic of the seminar: Production of pigment (B-phycoerythrin) from microalgae.
It is a description of the process for obtaining biomass of Porphyridium cruentum rich in the pigment of interest as well as the necessary technology to concentrate the crop, extract the pigment and purify it. The aim of this process is to be economically and environmentally sustainable.
