Microbial Ecology and Biotechnology: a focus on bacterial symbionts
The search for novel molecules represents a new important challenge, which could be useful to front the harmful utilization of synthetic molecules. New sources are currently the focus of bioprospecting. Although marine invertebrates have long been considered excellent producers of bioactive molecules, it has been scientifically established that the real core of biactive compound production lies in the interaction between the hosts and their microbial symbionts.
The seminar will be held on November 18, at 13:30, online via Zoom platform.
Participation is free, but mandatory to register. REGISTER HERE!
