Seagrass Trait Database (SeagrassTraitDB)
SeagrassTraitDB is the first global database aiming to integrate worldwide seagrass trait data, following community standards for metadata collection and plant ontology definitions. It will contribute to understanding how seagrass functional diversity varies along environmental gradients and how it translates into population and ecosystem structure and functioning. SeagrassTraitDB is developed by researchers from CCMAR research groups Marine Plant Ecology and Plant Systematics and Bioinformatics.
The seminar will be held on April 28, at 13:30, online via Zoom platform.
Participation is free, but mandatory to register. REGISTER HERE!
