1. Tell us a bit about the work you are doing at CCMAR.

I am working at CCMAR as a graphic designer.  I am responsible for transformation of different contents into a lighter, more dynamic forms, making the communication clear and visually-appealing.

2. What were you doing before you joined us?

Before I came to Portugal I was working as an artist. After moving to Faro, I was studying the Master of Communication Design for the Tourism and Culture (UAlg), and during this period of time I’ve been developing a project, called Followbirds. It’s a mobile App that promotes birdwatching tourism in Algarve.

3. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I come from Slovenia, a small country in Central Europe. It has surprising variety of terrain, ranging from the beaches of the Mediterranean to the peaks of the Julian Alps, to the rolling hills of the south. Therefore I like to enjoy the nature-related outdoor activities: hiking, running and exploring new routes. Since I discovered the birdwatching, my options even expanded. I also have a passion to play volleyball. I am lucky to be part of the São Francisco Assosiação Desportiva club from Faro and to play with the best team here! :)
