Tell us a bit about the work you are/will be doing at CCMAR:

I am thrilled to be joining CCMAR as a Multimedia Specialist. In this role, I will be responsible for audiovisual production, multimedia content creation, and digital media management, to support and enhance the centre’s communication and outreach efforts. This includes producing engaging multimedia content to showcase CCMAR’s research, initiatives, and achievements. I am eager to work with CCMAR’s communication team to help communicate the vital work that is being done in the centre.

What were you doing before you joined us:

I worked as a freelance multimedia professional, specialized in photography, videography, and content creation. Over the past four years, I worked on different projects and with different clients, to capture compelling visuals and tell engaging stories. My experience as a freelancer allowed me to continuously improve my skills and offer high-quality multimedia solutions, tailored to my clients' needs.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work:

I'm passionate about exploring the natural world through photography. I find comfort in capturing the beauty of landscapes and wildlife through the lens of my camera. I'm also passionate about movies/series/anime, which also end up acting as a source of inspiration and creativity for my work. In addition, I like to take time to learn whatever I think will contribute to my professional or social life. Also, spending quality time with family and friends brings me joy and balance.
