The ProteoVilamoura 2022 ended last May 13 and had about 150 participants from 8 different countries.

The meeting was attended by eleven internationally renowned speakers who shared their work and experiences with the participants. This event promoted the discussion of science and new ideas for projects between lectures, plenaries, talks, poster sessions and social events. During the three days of the event were held 54 presentations among which were 11 symposiums, 17 oral presentations, 26 flash oral presentations and 41 poster presentations.

CCMAR was part of the scientific organizing committee of this 2^nd Joint Meeting of Portugal, Spain, and France Proteomics Societies.
