Tell us a bit about the work you are/will be doing at CCMAR. 
I’m working in XtremeBio group and I’m going to establish and optimize an integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) system combining the production of fish and Sarcocornia species at IPMA/EPPO (Olhão). 

What were you doing before you joined us? 
I did my Master in Agri-Food at the University of Cádiz (Spain) and later, I have been working in CEOT research group of the University of Algarve developing a prediction model based on Vis/NIR and NIR spectroscopy for non-destructive evaluation of the internal quality attributes of oranges and pears.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 
In my free time, I like to paint and do all kinds of crafts. In summer, I love to do paddle surf and kayak. I also like travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
