Reproduction biology and genome evolution. Study of the environmental factors regulating reproductive processes in fish. Identification of the gene cascades involved in sex determination and gonadal differentiation. Comparative genomics and linkage mapping to study vertebrate genome evolution and physiological adaptation of species.
